The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification being sent and provide the information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their inbox and spam folders.
The prize will be dispatched within seven days of eligibility and delivery details being confirmed. The winner will be informed of any unavoidable delivery delay.
8. Winner information and publicity To demonstrate that the prize has been awarded, the Promoter will make the winner’s surname and county, or equivalent region of residence, available on request to walter@oldworld-newworld.com for three months after the draw.
Entrants may object to this information being made available, or request that less information be disclosed, by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
Any additional publicity involving the winner’s photograph, likeness or comments will require their separate agreement and will not be a condition of receiving the prize.
9. Personal information Personal information supplied during the prize draw will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, as explained in the Privacy Policy at www.publicservicebroadcasting.net/policies/privacy-policy.
The privacy notice explains who controls your information, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and how to exercise your data protection rights.

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the entry page and will seek to minimise disadvantage to entrants.
11. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Governing law The prize draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory rights and protections available under the laws of an entrant’s country of residence remain unaffected.
